Jabil Circuit is seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various… communication channels.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.

Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
5. High school diploma or equivalent.
6. Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection.
7. Previous experience in a remote customer service role is a plus.
