Boeing is seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and excellent time management abilities.

Responsibilities: –

 

Provide exceptional online client service to customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media

 

– Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner

 

– Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

 

– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues

 

– Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices

 

– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients

 

– Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction

Requirements: –

 

1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role

– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

– Excellent time management and organizational abilities

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
