Job Description

Walmart MNC is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Associates to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a night shift position with rotational week offs, offering additional allowances and a monthly bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a night shift.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
