Overview

The Director of Digital Marketing & Marketplaces will be responsible for the consumer acquisition marketing strategy for the HEYDUDE Brand, focusing on driving traffic and sales growth by providing personalized consumer journeys and an efficient consumer experience. This role will orchestrate the strategy, planning, budgeting and critical metrics for all performance marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a strong leader capable of both shaping and executing the vision of HEYDUDE’s consumer acquisition strategy, building an outstanding Digital Acquisition team to maximize profitability and scalability.

What You’ll Do

  • Optimize and grow performance marketing across digital and marketplace channels
  • Develop and execute strategies for Dotcom, Amazon, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces to expand market share
  • Lead acquisition marketing to boost traffic, engagement, and new customer conversions
  • Oversee weekly and monthly KPIs, ensuring alignment with goals and budget
  • Manage digital agency to deliver top-tier acquisition strategies
  • Align Brand Marketing with Acquisition efforts for seamless integration
  • Utilize consumer segmentation and personalization in acquisition channels
  • Implement a test-and-learn approach to drive continuous growth
  • Cultivate a supportive environment for the training and development of the Digital Acquisition team
  • Collaborate across all trading channels to deliver conversion-focused customer journeys
  • Lead performance creative strategy, ensuring alignment with brand and acquisition goals
  • Balance short-term performance targets with long-term brand awareness strategies
  • Drive strategic execution across functional teams within and beyond Digital

 

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • BA or BS in business, marketing or related field
  • 7+ years in B2C Digital Acquisition role with shown success in achieving growth/acquisition targets
  • Prior experience running and developing Digital Marketing talent
  • Proven record of crafting annual Digital Acquisition budget aligned with both department and company performance goals
  • Steadfast appetite for optimization; willing to challenge conventional wisdom and organizational assumptions through testing and analysis to improve the consumer shopping experience
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity; as Hey Dude continues to evolve, Digital Acquisition strategies and organizational structure will need to follow!
  • Consummate teammate that understands what it means to win together.
